Manage the development, alignment and execution of the firm’s digital marketing and social media strategy across the MENA region.
Develop channel specific content that is relevant to target markets to increase engagement online.
Plan and execute the search engine optimization/search engine marketing strategy in order to improve search engine result performance, optimizing digital channels on-page and off-page.
Managing the information architecture, user experience planning, wire framing, design, implementation, content management system and execution of the firm’s website and internal intranet page.
Planning, management and execution of the My Tamimi App- a client facing mobile app that gives users access to a vast database of content to manage their legal matter information. Creating a multiplatform internal and external marketing campaign to promote the App.
Manage the video production project to showcase the firm as a thought leader in its current field. This includes working alongside the in-house videographer to ensure objectives and the day-to-day management of pre/post production video content is executed.
Setting engagement metrics, and monitoring and analysis of data to measure, report and improve performance and against set objectives. Oversee digital analytics.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization, creating open communication channels and creating internal awareness campaigns to ensure alignment on the strategy, positioning and the organization’s objectives.
Managing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the firm’s digital and SEO agency to ensure objectives are being met and the overall strategy is achieved

▪ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
▪ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
▪ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
▪ Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create landing pages and optimize user experience
▪ Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
▪ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
▪ Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
▪ Manage content distribution in Arabic and English to online and social media platforms to increase web traffic
▪ Stay up -to-date with the developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention and generate leads
Build and execute digital marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies; and be in charge of implementation from coming up of ideas to execution. Measure and report performance of such marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Recommend, execute and analyze market researches and recommend competitive actions to increase market presence.
Formulate, direct and execute marketing activities applicable per country to promote products and expertise.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content(original text, images, video or HTML)
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales) to manage reputation and brand exposure
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity with social media spaces
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Monitor and improve organic and paid acquisition channels which include Google Ad Words, website and Search Engine Optimizations.
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
Manage content distribution in Arabic and English to online and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Stay up -to-date with the developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention and generate leads
Manage various email campaigns, including the optimization and distribution
To support the marketing manager to work with internal customers (WBG) to receive briefs based on their own campaigns and promotions.
Make recommendations on digital and general marketing activities that can contribute to the growth of their business.
Work closely with creative marketing agencies from, writing creative briefs to the final execution of project.
Recommend innovative digital marketing campaigns for our product promotions
Monitor and track our competitors’ digital websites and suggest SEO ideas to optimize our website.
Liaise with the media buying agencies to get premium positions and to constantly push them to provide better and effective media channel.
Work towards the development of an analytical unit to provide data to measure the success rates of any implemented marketing campaigns and projects
Conduct Social Media Ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) to enhance our public social exposure on the internet.
Have participated in one of the major digital marketing projects for ADCB (ADCB Digital Vision) campaigns and I was a key player in developing performance digital marketing strategies
Managing sales events for any new launches
