Responsibilities:
- check customers correspondence in order to sort, prioritize and distribute daily tasks between customer relations team
- all kind of communications with landlords regarding their properties: current status of property and income, negotiations about contract renewals and terms of mutual work
- ensure interaction between landlords and company’s departments
- establish and maintain high level of business relations with existing and prospective landlords
- owners accounting: extracting data from online booking systems, calculation of income and expenditures (revenue up to 2, 3 mln AED), creating and adjusting owners payments schedule
- create, update and analyze revenue of apartments, provide strategies of company’s income increasing

Responsibilities:
- ensure and provide flawless and professional guest service experience
- coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and ensure customer concerns are resolved
- promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
- supervise guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are complied
- analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to improve overall rating

Responsibilities:
- coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency in compliance with company policy and prepare daily KPI reports
- maintain high level of customer care handling complaints and incidents
- create and update clients and employees databases
- make timetables of fitness activities and staff schedule
- organize team-building events for the staff
