Major Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting
- Manage 12 Sections and 70 personnel under the Administration Department to provide administrative support that leads to smooth running of bank operations and its strategic expansion.
- Train, supervise, motivate and evaluate department personnel.
- Provide status and progress reports to senior management.
- Present and defend the annual bank operations requirements.
- Develop logistics strategies, and implement an automated logistics operations system.
- Oversee bidding procedures starting from the preparation of items description to the selection process.
- Oversee establishment of new branches from the inception and planning phase to full branch operation.
- Develop bank real estate policies.
- Analyze, Evaluate, market and sell bank assets.
- Managing and controlling all bank fixed assets inventory.
- Follow up on real estate & portfolio investments.
- Process all transactions with the department of lands & surveys of Jordan
- Direct resource activities such as real estate investments
- Develop Real Estate Section policies.
- Supervise free zone entries & collecting fees.
- Evaluate lands owned by the bank
- Prepare monthly transaction notes & reports of the section.
- Co-ordinate mortgage paperwork between the bank, customer & the department of lands & surveys of Jordan.
