Sales Supervisor for k-account and whole sales.
• Executing and Achieving the Annual Sales Target given by the Business Unit Manager;
• Direct reporting to Area Sales Manager.
• Following up merchandisers and sales reps. through attending 2 shifts (morning, evening) daily meeting.
• Sales promotional tactics like utilizing the merchandisers to attain a best display of items.
• Reaching the customer upon their immediate response.
• Reporting to the Product Manager about the Competitor’s activities at the outlets.
• Controlling the Credit limit of Customers in the market.
• On new items, special care is given in introducing to the customer through monthly store demonstration activities and increasing the sales of it.
• Dealing with the customer as per the company policy.
• Develop sales stuff skills and evaluate them periodically.
** Working in three areas : Riyadh - madina - Taif
** Living and grow up at saudi arabia (almost riyadh )
• Supervising & managing four sales reps.
• Roots plan by (journey plan, frequency visits and customer list)
• Target plan for customers (by period & by category)
• Establishing the Annual contracting customer deals (whole sales).
