- Responsible for planning, directing and supervising the construction as well as inspection and conduct testing of all materials, plant and equipment both during the construction and the maintenance period, by effective liaison with the Client on all aspects regarding the performance of the contractor.
- Stipulate the criteria, planning and procedures for all tests necessary for the materials, equipment, plant and workmanship and the commissioning of works.
- Ensure that construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures adopted by external contractors are in conformance with the DOT IITS Standards.
- Conduct any required supplemental studies and investigations and prepare designs and drawings to facilitate migration of DOT communication infrastructure conflicting with other development projects and implementation of the Network Design and Fiber Optic Allocation & Reconfiguration including Equipment Replacement of FEC's, Splice Enclosures, Switching Equipment.
- Provide Consultancy to the DoT with unplanned request for works. Assessing and obtaining user requirements, discussing designs, timelines, feasibility and cost implications.
- Review Government, DoT, Contractor and 3rd Party letters and requests and advise ITS Communications Section on the appropriate responses.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction to ensure strict compliance with the drawings and contract documents, subject to any express provisions contained in the conditions of contract.
- Provide complete and objective oversight, evaluation and reporting of the contractor's performance and quality. Anticipate problems and conflicts so they can be precluded or resolved quickly by setting effective construction supervision procedures for Project administration, Scheduling and progress management, Construction cost control, Contract administration, Submittal review and On-site construction activities.
- Regularly review and monitor the contractor's procurement plans and schedules. This is to ensure materials are delivered at a time compatible with planned progress.
- Chair regular meetings scheduled between Consultant and the contractor to discuss and resolve any disputes related to work areas, contractor interference, or other construction conflicts that may affect the construction schedule
- Coordinate the efforts of inspectors, site engineers and office engineers
- Prepare information for submittals, RFIs, technical documentation, Compile snag / punch lists, testing, and commissioning
- Examine workmanship of finished installations for standard conformity and approve installation
- Facilitate cooperation with other construction projects, public utilities and other stakeholders with interest in the project.
- Monitor the project to ensure the need for variation orders during the construction stage is minimized
- Strong Technical Knowledge on Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Detection, etc), Telecommunication, ELV, SCADA, INTELLIGENT TRASPORTATION SYSTEM (ITS), Electrical Distribution, Solar System, System Integration etc. Similar Functional Knowledge on Hospitalility, Healthcare, Airports, Utility, Refinery, Malls and Infrastructures sector
- Accomplished track record of Project Execution & Implementation and Service Delivery Management with specialization for Contract Management, Site Management, Procurement, Estimation and Negotiation
- Extensive experience on Project Delivery Coordination involving Initiation, Requirement Finalization, Project Scoping, Planning (Estimation, Scheduling & Milestones), Quality & KPI, Execution Control and Delivery within agreed timeline and designed Quality.

My major responsibilities include software design and implementation using MS VC++ and technical support and troubleshooting. Main project was software for NOKIA customer service call centre that provides executives with a visual representation of products and facilitate the process of saving and extracting products data base.
