- Establishing Central warehouse and central kitchen, dealing with contractors ، Develop the site layout to ensure access to the best form that guarantees work flow and kitchen operation.
- Dealing with suppliers to control prices and arrange all requirements on weekly basis to avoid any runout or quality defference.
- Cordinate with finance section for supplier payment by cash or credit.
- Control warehouse and daily check stock availability.
- supply chain from warehouse and central kitchen to 6 restaurant branches on daily basis, the
- Control production quality at Central kitchen with proper packaging, quantities and product nature.
- Receive the orderes from branches and handover to Central kitchen after approval, or re check with Branch manager if the order is not matching our standards.
- maintain the food cost for warehouse unit and central kitchen unit.
- convert to central kitchen from a production area to be a sales point ( sell production to branches) with extra margin to cover central kitchen fixed cost.
- maintain the expensis target.
