- Act as the project focal point for cash advances, petty cash by ensuring that all of the required
supporting documents are provided and follow up with the project staff to develop a proper
expenditure plan.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure that all of the project financial documents are
compiled and organized and follow up regarding the local partner & supplier payments.
- Manage the circulation & distribution of cash in addition to Maintain beneficiaries’ database
- Ensure that all documents are available and archived for auditing
- Ensure that all supporting documents are attached to their documents in order to access them for
auditing
