Overall Responsibilities:
• Assuming responsibility for the modifications inside the production lines by upgrading designs and documenting work policies.
• Skilled at optimizing productivity by monitoring all aspects of manufacturing through the
development and implementation of effective reporting systems.
• Preparing the annual budget and spare parts list based on the projects in hand, directing contractors and sub- contractors in the commissioning areas of the project.
• Attend project status meetings to review project progress and present risks including issues and constraints that are impeding or may impede project performance. Provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Developing operating procedures, specifications of equipment and the standards of materials in addition to testing and programming of AC drives PLC and other control systems.
• Provide active support to Maintenance Executive for timely action on Civil & MEP works related to infrastructural modifications, new machine installations
• Led cross-functional teams from science & Technology, engineering, marketing & sales departments in the development of new product ideas.
• Implementing ISO procedures and work instructions and maintaining all project records as per the requirements.
Operational Responsibilities:
• Handling material estimation, construction elements, tracking labour costs and projecting time scales for different phases of the project.
• Planning of Capacity and provide budgets for necessary CAPEX items / Major Expenses and other resources.
• Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and their controls as per the monthly plan for preventive maintenance, taking into consideration the shut down plan.
• Identifying and repairing major electrical faults and creating logs of the same to serve as a reference for similar cases in the future.
• Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of panel and field instruments like flow, temperature, and pressure sensors.
• Control manufacturing overheads within budgets and try to maximize savings through relevant cost control measures.
• Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost effective manufacturing process.
• Working with SAP ERP system for analysis of plant performance through MTTF, preventive maintenance execution, downtime analysis daily activities.
• Conducting routine maintenance inspections on equipment and followed a maintenance protocol to respond and identify problems and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Perform technical analysis and evaluation of major problems and suggest improvements to eliminate frequent breakdowns in order to support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently.
• Reviewing the stock levels every month to ensure the spare parts are available on time.
Highlights:
• Handled the testing and commissioning of control panel in DG sets.
• Tested the DG set's operative sufficiency in case of full load and over load scenarios in presence of client as per their requirements.
• Ensured all activities were carried out in accordance with the company's established service and quality guidelines and standards.
