• Participate in Corporate strategic planning and provide advice to upper management in decision making by (preparing and reviewing feasibility studies, business cases, SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, Porter's 5 Forces, balanced score card (BSC), business model Canvas….), to ensure the right initiatives are launched in the right time. Then, cascading down the strategic objectives over the line of businesses (LOB’s), strategic business units (SBU’s) and departments to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Portfolio balancing and continuous improvement by research, develop and implement new initiatives that drive revenue, support the growth, increase cost savings/avoidance, assure effective use of resources, reduction the threats to the organization, protecting organization’s reputation and maintain stakeholder’s confidence, delivering excellent customer support, all while maintaining quality products and services that are competitive, valuable and organizational.
• Planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling, and leading all the initiatives that assure the compliance of SUB’s to the government regulations including but not limited to (VAT(5%), (70%) Saudization, VAT(15%), E-Invoicing (FATOORAH)…)
• Periodically reevaluating the ongoing viability of all investments’ business cases and ensuring benefits continue to be tracked and realized at the planned levels, in addition to, considering risk against the ability to achieve the planned outcomes for the business changes all while identifying the potential opportunities to be realized, exploited or enhanced as part of risk analysis.
• Facilitates Risk Workshops/reviews throughout the business and project lifecycle to ensure stakeholder’s engagement primarily in the areas of Business Risk services, Project Risk management, Compliance risk and regulatory services and Business Process Management.
• Identifying key risks and issues, identify risk mitigation gaps, agree the corrective action plans with management, interpret information and present recommendations and conclusions to help the senior management in decision making.
• Managing stakeholders’ relationships and communications, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of developments online with company’s objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, overseeing all operations and BAU activities to Keep BAU happy and to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Managing and Leading the organization’s behavior change by adapting/applying the Lean-Agile principles and through effective resource allocation resulting in increasing productivity and reducing the (inventory, motion and overproduction) wastes, and as a result the ROI is doubled and yields to organization benefit’s sustainability.
• Preparation of Tenders including but not limited to, buying the tender, studying the complete specifications, raising clarifications (if any), follow-up with suppliers, attending the site visits and all activities involved in the pre-tender stage. Then, preparing the commercial and technical offers to be submitted to the client, and then if awarded the LOA /contract, follow-up with suppliers, preparing cash flow statement, budget based on schedule, closely monitor the material progress to meet the delivery schedule and all activities needed.

• Monitoring, controlling and tracking the actual projects (overall budget SAR 250 Million) performance with the planned project management activities at all stages of a project from Initiation through Closing.
• Monitor and control programme compliance with respect to the project’s contractual obligations.
• Forecasting the required resources and tracking the availability of the resources on a real-time basis to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
