• Review and comment on all drawings and documents submitted by the MEP Consultant(s) and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
• Producing working/details drawings and necessary architectural details.

Was responsible of bringing together a team of architects and designers with subcontractors MEP and structural engineers to produce design works of the highest quality.

Overseed the production of concept design, schematic and construction drawings.
Delivered 3D animation and presentation for various type of projects.

Worked on construction drawings including plans, sections, elevations and details for a variety of houses and extensions in the UK, while applying the UK building regulations.

Produced construction and architectural drawings; including amendments to previous drawings where new factors were to be considered.
Assisted the interior designer by conducting site supervision and surveys.
Reviewed architectural drawings after coordination with MEP and structural engineers.
Identified customer requirements and attended meetings on-site.

Prepared conceptual lighting design plans.
Itemised the bill of quantities (BOQ) of the chosen elements with detailed descriptions.
