Exported all the surplus Spares, by packing repeated and non-moving items in Wooden Boxes and shipping them to Central Warehouse, Houston. The Inventory reduction was achieved using available Rig resources. Surplus was also transferred to other Operating Global Marine Rigs, in Suez Gulf & Worldwide.

Reduced Warehouse Stock Inventory from US $ 1, 250, 000 to 750, 000 that is optimised for the Rig use.
