• Monitors the removal of physical, biological, radial and chemical hazards, and training of employees on safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Develop risk profile and recommend improvements.
• Develop, implement and review the society’s Health and Safety Policies and procedures/guidance.
• Responsibility for recording results on the society’s Health and Safety Risk Assessment Database and to manage and monitor the information contained therein.
• Provide advice and relevant support to the royal scientific society in relation to any changes (including recommended changes) in Health and Safety legislation, ensuring that any changes are incorporated into relevant policies and procedures and relevant training and/or other support is put in place for staff and/or volunteers.
• Verifies compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to ISO 45001. Highlight critical processes with highest commercial and financial impact.
• Analyze and report to the relevant committee in relation to accidents and incidents (including near misses), carrying out investigations where necessary.
• Deliver training internally to RSS staff. Advise on and facilitate any identified specialist H&S training.
• Deliver training externally to RSS partner’s staff. Advise on and facilitate any identified specialist H&S training.
• Regional Businesses Development: Developing the company's special relationships with major partner’s companies in the region (Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Egypt).
• Jordan office manager: management of CEERISK work Jordan. Follow up the marketing and management of the technical projects entrusted to the company by the customers.
• Evaluate risk before accepting coverage or during renewal process.
• Calculate FML/EML/PML.
• Provide impartial assessment of risk
• Prepare /Develop risk profile and recommend improvements
• Understand FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) for different systems and processes.
• Qualify and quantify the impact of hazards on daily operations.
• Highlight critical processes with highest commercial and financial impact.
• Design, develop and support highly reliable systems across a range of technologies in a fast-moving environment.

● GMP, and ISO (9001 &18001 &14001) internal auditor.
● Risk Engineer/ Health and Safety Executive Engineer for all United Bio Med facilities in Egypt, Saudi, and UAE.
● Planning and building a strategy to develop the company's business, projects and build long-term action plans, short-term detailed plan.
● Supervision and monitoring the implementation of the Action Plan, ensure that no deviation from the plans and objectives, and conduct an ongoing analysis of the situation of the company in order to prepare more accurate strategic plans.
● Audit purchasing activates; supplier evaluation; prices and quality, share in planning activates. Manage purchasing (External & international suppliers) negotiations and contracts. Revise; create all incoming raw material/ instruments specifications and purchasing orders.
● Water system management. (Production R.O water, WFI) maintenance, production and Quality Control. Wastewater project management (MBBR)
● Inactivated & Live Vaccine Development, products development (Chemicals, Disinfectants). Create; manage registration files for new products.
● Make a research analysis of the manufacturing technology. Production Technical Support. Development and modernization of manufacturing processes control system.
● Generate new ideas and concepts to technical, business and economic development and/or proposals for development and expansion.
● Collecting reports on an analytical basis including analysis of the profit margin, and assesses business risk. Examine the productivity growth opportunities within the company.
● Assessing the status of the company's economic competitiveness and work to maintain it and increase it, look for new opportunities for business development and investments.
● Creativity, innovation and taking important decisions related to work and restructuring.
● Participation in the estimated annual budget setting.
● Responsible for the development of specifications (Equipment, Row materials, packaging or substitute material)
● Searching for alternative suppliers for required material.
● Negotiate & analyze material prices with suppliers.
● Issue a monthly program ordering plan for the suppliers regarding material requirements
● Issue purchase orders & delivery schedules to suppliers considering ordering lead-time.
● Follow up material delivery to the warehouse.
● Handle claims process against suppliers for rejected & missing materials.
● Follow up day to day material stock level.
● Handle payments for supplies according to the company policy, accounting.
● Follow up all required documents related to governmental affairs and Ministry Of Health
● Prepare the necessary documents for import and export.
● Follow up import process practically till the shipment arrived
● Health and safety officer/ Risk Engineer.

● Preparing semi-finished chemicals for production departments and QC laboratories.

● Technical and financial negotiations with suppliers (Filters, Culture Media, chemicals, and filling packaging instruments and materials,
● Training: all C.S department employees for SOPs and GMP
● Finished product labeling and packaging.
● Coasts control and pricing.
● Internal auditing for all the departments ensuring the implementation of GMP, GLP and ISO 9001
● Evaluation and updating cleaning, sterilization and disinfection program.
