Lead a team of 4 Expert mechanical and electrical technicians on the diagnostics, preventative
maintenance and troubleshooting of semi-automatic mostly pneumatic machinery used in the glass
table-ware items manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Head maintenance operations in a medium sized production facility.
- Devise preventative maintenance and calibration schedules for a respectable number of
different types of machinery.
- Ordering and procurement of necessary parts from local and international providers.
- Direct and supervise installations of new machineries and ensure optimal operation.
- Create and execute necessary and elective training for machine operators and technicians.
- Participate in production planning and providing current and future machine capacities and
limitations to production scheduling department.
