Responsibilities:
Hold accountable for preventive, corrective, breakdown and major examination, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical & instruments and systems such as excitation system, starting equipment, protection system, generator, transformer, batteries, battery chargers, motors, and switch gears.
Revise records or logbook entries and execute regulatory action, based on readings from charts, meters, and gauges at established intervals to assess equipment operating status. Supervise internal auditing for ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 systems imparted technical guidance and determine technical and quality procurement requirements.
Actively liaised with systems operators to examine technical discussion for procurement related to the power plant and utilities as well as control and organize line voltages and distribution loads and frequencies.
Devised daily preventive maintenance activities related to electrical and instrument equipment, while examining and supervising troubleshooting and repairs on all electrical and instrument equipments in the production operation field.
Skillfully identified and examined faults in electrical systems based on event and alarm signal received to resolve faults with the help of electrical schematic drawings.
Formulated maintenance schedule & reports, configured power system parameters in AC/DC Power system and controlled generator output to match the phase, frequency or voltage of electricity supplied to panels.

Created timesheet & duty schedule along with daily, monthly, yearly generation and consumption report management.
Maintained facility system availability in a safe and efficient manner with proper implementation of work procedures & electrical spares availability.
Shoulder the responsibility for examining scheduled activities, managing spare parts, and maintaining the record among consumption and availability in a timely manner.
Assured proper working of electrical equipment while supervising troubleshooting, faultfinding and repairs on all equipment are in assigned production operation field.
Inspected contractors completed tasks to ensure compliance with shop drawings, specifications, standards and quality, as well as assessed technical queries and delivered technical solutions in compliance with the required standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Played an integral role for managing various Caterpillar generator and delivering power generation solutions to Industrial clients via a wide range of Diesel Generators. Opened incoming electronic mail and other material and organized flow of information internally and with other departments. Commissioned the generator set to the customer either single or paralleling operation up to 10 MW in the power project.
Examined and determined machines and others equipment’s such as JLG man lift, Ingersoll-Rand air compressor, Miller welding machine, Mosa & Miller welding machine, Terex tower light, Load bank system and ATS control board.
Attend load test of the generator set by applying a load bank system and delivering the test report.
Planned and scheduled planned and unplanned work diagnosing breakdown problems, organized daily routine checking and maintenance works and reported any problems in any unit while offering an effective solution to the supervisor.
