•Executing on organizational change management for an overall transformation
•Work with the project team to map the business processes, procedures and activities for use of the PMIS.

•Develop, Implement and administer Oracle Primavera systems for new packages and ongoing program.
•Configure systems as necessary to meet program requirements.
•Train, mentor and develop the skills of core system users among the project staff.

•Identify and analyze system malfunctions and make recommendations toward their resolution.
