HR Management Duties:
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are update and validated
Manage the signatures book
responsible for all HR correspondences especially to central bank
Responsible to prepare HR Committee agenda, and write Minutes of the meeting
Responsible to prepare Remuneration and compensation committee for Board of Directors.
Recruitment Section main duties:
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time and based on the annual recruitment plan.
Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to reality and recommends improvement.
Conducts new employee orientation.
Maintains an active and organized data of applicants for various positions

Generates recruitment related reports.
Responsible for the expatriates registration process.
Career Development and Training Section main duties:
Ensure that all employees have a clear and adequate "Job description"
Visit branches and departments to identify problems and needs employees.
Manage end of contract, end of probation and yearly performance evaluation.
Receive the requests of replacement and transfers.
Follow up trainees.
Prepare a statistical table to control and monitor the budget for training in Syria and abroad as well as various statistics ( cost per employee/ branch, number of staff and non-staff participants, number of training hours).
Manage the issue of training.
Apply the necessary changes on the organization chart of the bank.
Prepares a report to central bank about selling USD to trainee employee outside Syria.
Prepare tax declarations on a monthly basis, and prepare a final report that should be sent to the Ministry of Finance at each end of half year.
Manage the monthly pay on time.
Pay the NSSF claim on a monthly basis.
Provide the external parties such as Central Bank, Ministry of Labor… etc with any data related to employees' salaries
Responsible for the Enrollment and Resignation process
Control and manage the time attendance
Responsible for the data input and update in the HRMS.
Responsible for all sorts of leaves management.
Builds and updates the hard copy of the employees' file.
Responsible for all issues related to employees' medical and life insurance.

My thesis was The Role of the Supervisor in Employees Career Development and its Impact on Organizational Commitment 6/2015 Published an article "The Impact of Career Development on Organizational Trust" Tishreen University Journal for Research and Scientific Studies
