HR Management Duties:
 Ensure all HR policies and procedures are update and validated
 Manage the signatures book
 responsible for all HR correspondences especially to central bank
 Responsible to prepare HR Committee agenda, and write Minutes of the meeting
 Responsible to prepare Remuneration and compensation committee for Board of Directors.
Recruitment Section main duties:
 Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time and based on the annual recruitment plan.
 Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to reality and recommends improvement.
 Conducts new employee orientation.
 Maintains an active and organized data of applicants for various positions

 Generates recruitment related reports.
 Responsible for the expatriates registration process.

Career Development and Training Section main duties:
 Ensure that all employees have a clear and adequate "Job description"
 Visit branches and departments to identify problems and needs employees.
 Manage end of contract, end of probation and yearly performance evaluation.
 Receive the requests of replacement and transfers.
 Follow up trainees.
 Prepare a statistical table to control and monitor the budget for training in Syria and abroad as well as various statistics ( cost per employee/ branch, number of staff and non-staff participants, number of training hours).
 Manage the issue of training.
 Apply the necessary changes on the organization chart of the bank.
 Prepares a report to central bank about selling USD to trainee employee outside Syria.
