• Ensure contractor compliance with QA/QC requirements and method

• Track project progress vs. schedule and recommend recovery measures.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and workforce coordination.
• Manage contractor correspondence and interface with internal departments.
• participate actively in coordination meetings and progress updates.

• Supervise the site labor force through General Foreman and Supervisors,
monitoring the work of any Subcontractors to complete the work as per
customers satisfaction.
• Ensure site quality control and HSE compliance.
• Resolve technical challenges on-site promptly.

• Manage daily construction activities at site.
• Oversee subcontractor work and maintained quality standards.
• Address and resolve technical issues on-site.
