Green Riyadh is one of Riyadh’s four mega projects launched by the
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, on
19 March 2019. The project will be a milestone that contributes to
fulfilling a key goal of Vision 2030 to promote Riyadh’s position among
the world’s top 100 most livable cities. Green Neighborhoods Projects
( East An Nasseem, Al-Aziziyah, Middle Uraija Qurtubah, AlJazeerah, Al-Ghadeer, Al Nakheel, Olaisha ) Roads (Salboukh Road, Dammam Road, King Salman Road Sidewalk ) and Wadi Alaysan .
Ayla is one of a series of developments on the strategic master plan of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority which will transform Aqaba from a port of commerce to a true sustainable waterfront community which combines opportunities to live, play and work.
The aim of the Ayla development is to create an international recognized resort community that is sustainable and unique, with developments that are appropriately balanced and which meld into a compelling bigger picture. It will be this approach to creating a mixed use community, which will make the Ayla development successful.
Once completed, Ayla Project will feature a range of facilities and amenities, including a variety of up-market hotels, unique residential communities, a golf course and a town center encompassing a marina, retail units, cafes, entertainment and recreational facilities, built around man-made lagoons
Responsibilities:-
▪Responsible all activities(operation and constraction ) of Landscape in the Ayla except golf area.
▪Supervise the Contractors who install and maintain landscaping. This may involve schedulingwork crews, planning daily work activities, and monitoring the work being done
▪Responsible for handing over procedure, like as built drawings and operation manuals.
▪Preparing procurement schedules and giving priority for long lead items.
▪Reviews the design and specification.
▪Attending meetings with consultant and contractor to solve problems.
▪Providing Technical support to Estimation Department at the time of tendering.
▪Develop new or proved theories, policy and methods for landscape design and management;develop conceptual soft and hard landscape designs independently from which detailed designdrawings and technical specifications are prepared.
▪Following up with site team and making internal inspections to check the quality and to ensurethat executed works are as per approvals.
▪Supervises the installation of the contract works on site, and reports on site works, progress, changes etc.
▪Reviews and Monitors the procurement plan and reports on procurement progress/issues.
▪Attends, reviews and approves all site inspections for completed work elements.
▪Administers the contract to ensure the works are carried out as per contract specifications.
▪Actively contributes to risk analysis and mitigation plans.
▪Works closely with the cost manager to verify progress of the works against progress payments.
▪Records daily progress with site photos/daily. Prepares progress reports for Project Director andweekly progress meetings.
▪Attends Nursery visits where required to inspect/approve plants .
▪Monitors the consultant to ensure the quality KPI’s are met and that the contractor understandsquality requirements.
▪Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Saraya aqaba, located on western beaches of aqaba city, contain high end resort hotels and
residential accommodation surrounding a man-made lagoon . saraya adds 1.5 km of aqaba beach
front on the red sea, all implementing the vision of ASEZA for an international tourism attracting
region.
Responsibilities:
▪ Coordination of the landscape design with engineering plans and any other applicable
disciplines contributing to the overall development plans.
▪ Supply and installation of the planting softcape trees, shrubs, palms, ground cover, perennial
plants, bulbs.
▪ Preparation and supply of all necessary work required for the Provision of labor, materials,
accessories, equipment and services required to install trees, shrubs, soil, soil amendments,
Tree stabilization, Landscape edgings, Tree grates and related materials as indicated on
drawings and specified herein and as directed by the Engineer.
▪ Coordination and administration of the landscape maintenance activities and supply of
maintenance activity reports to the owner.

Duties and Responsibilitie

signing the contract
▪ Checking contracts and B.O.Q before starting technical submittals

▪ Studying the project master program and making program for technical submittals to ensure that
all technical submittals will be aligned with project master program
