• Implement, coordinate and monitor projects activities of the Strategic Urban Planning Programme according to approved project documents, valid policies and financial rules and regulations, and costed work plans; identify bottlenecks, and propose and take corrective actions in consultation with the Programme Manager.
• Prepare and disseminate of costed workplans, terms of reference and other related project documentation, as and when required, in consultation with the Programme Manager.
• Responsible for providing substantive support to consultative and other meetings, trainings, conferences, and workshops, including proposing agenda topics, identifying participants, preparing documents and presentations, etc.
• Carrying out needed research on selected aspects of the Programme, operations and other activities, etc., to include collecting, analyzing, and presenting statistical data and other information gathered from diverse sources.
• Attending/ holding needed field missions (e.g. City Consultations, Hearing Sessions), monitoring different levels of stakeholder involvement in the decision-making process, draft mission reports, and ensure follow-up action.
• Preparing new project concepts and documents in relation to UN-Habitat Strategic Urban Planning Programme in Egypt.
• Prepare financial statements, budget preparation in the form of annual work plans.

• Strategic urban plans for small cities in Egypt (70 Cities).
• Strategic urban plan for city of Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai gov.
• Development plan for Al Ruwaisat area, South Sinai Governorate.
• Updating Strategic plan for Al-Badari regional center, Assiut Governorate.
• Strategic Urban Development for Greater Cairo Region (22 Projects at Cairo Vision 2050).
• Achieving Sustainable Urban Development for new city of Al-Alamein.
• Conceptual plan for new city of Ras Al Hekma.
Playing multidisciplinary roles throughout establish and lead the core planning teamwork for slum-upgrading and developing several areas of poor urban that serve huge sector. The role includes top level management coordination with 3 teams and senior government officers”.
• Preparing the annual plan of the national map for the inventory and classification of unsafe areas whole over Egypt.
• Preparing the national map of informal markets in the governorates of Egypt.
• Preparing the national map of classifying the unplanned areas in Egypt.
• Preparing the national map to enumerate villages with a single product at the level of the Republic.
• Preparing a study for indicators of internal migration to insecure areas in Egypt.
Design Project Manager - King Abd El-Aziz University - Khlais Branch Campus
Responsibilities :
- Design and manage complex multidisciplinary studies relating to land use planning and development for the campus.
- Prepare and manage high quality project deliverables, including print documentation and presentations.
