- Responsible for preparing and submitting project status reports to project manager; by means of analyzing and summarizing all inputs with respective action plans.
- Ensuring effective, positive and regular communications between engineering and client representatives to achieve project goals.
- Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues.
- Responsible for preparing project variation orders, as- built drawings, and payment certificates.
- Assisting in cost estimation analysis for project tenders and extra work orders.
- Responsible for inspecting/verifying material deliveries.
- Ensuring the clearance of projects punch lists.
Responsible for site work execution, preparing site inspections, preparing site clarification orders, preparing daily reports, as-built drawings, coordination with other engineering trades on site.
