•In Q4 2008, successfully passed SET course held in Turkey by Europe FS & Capabilities regional managers.
•In 2010, chosen as a member in AMEA Food Safety workgroups prepared “Quick Reference Guides” in GMP, Allergen & HACCP to be used as orientation toll for new comers, visitors and senior management of the sector.
•In 2010, I coordinated for holding SET course in Egypt to cover 15 candidates from Africa, Asia & Europe.
•Contributed as FS member in a committee assesses the manufacturing sites before been contracted as Quaker co-manufacturer - Egypt 2011.

Could raise the AIB score from -565 out of 1000 to +580. Company was targeting +5 score for all its plants.
In this position, I was reporting Assiut food safety status to plant manager & central food safety manager.
•Implemented all requirements of CRP program in Assiut Plant including (GMP Training, Inspection, foreign object management, control of microbes and allergens, pest control, cleaning & sanitation, maintenance controls, row materials/transport management, facility design, environment & waste management)
•Developed HACCP System for production lines.
•Prepared plant for AIB audits.
Sampling, quality inspection, in-process tests, physical environmental monitoring, cleaning process validation, checking conformity of all production steps, personal hygiene, physical and environmental conditions, materials specs and product qualifications during the production processes to the corresponding predetermined procedures and specifications according to cGMP, HACCP, OHSAS, American & British Pharmacopoeias
•In June 2006 promoted to be the Senior IPC Analyst in the same section. Beside the tasks mentioned, creating the SOPs of IPC activities, assuring the validation of such SOPs, controlling the IPC documents, in-job training of my colleges in IPC section, checking their work & taking a part of evaluating their performance with QC Manager
•In the critical ones between my tasks, I was directly reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager. For the others tasks I was reporting to the Quality Control Manager
•Appointed audits coordinator of QC dept. after just six months in department to deal with internal & external audits, prepare & follow up the corrective action plans.
•Devoted 32 hours a month to instructing junior members of the team in department.
Finished product & water analysis using HPLC, IR, UV spectroscopy, Karl Fischer, and Total Organic Carbon Analyzer TOC.
•Handling of reference and working standards.
•Recording the analysis raw data in the analyst notebook according to the appropriate procedures and recording the equipment operation activities in the equipment use logbook.
•Work according to cGMP, FDA & pharmacopeial guidelines.
