Auditing Clients’ Collection:
Auditing accounts - Daily collector’s activities - GL Bookings.
• Auditing Journal Entries:
Payable - Receivable - Cash Vault - Suppliers’ Checks & Vouchers.
• Auditing Expenses Reports:
Financial Custodies - Cash vouchers- Branches Vaults.
• Review & Audit all Warehouse In & Out transactions:
Ensure all Company’s policies & Procedures are correctly applied -
Controlling & Matching Purchasing Orders & Receipts & Notices.
• Review financial operations before and after cash dealing .
• Verify the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system .
• Preparing periodic reports indicating possible irregularities and
Weaknesses in internal controls discovered through documentary audit which may
Cause a financial loss to the institution .
• Assist the Audit Manager in producing a high level of accuracy through review and
propose recommendations on reducing risk and improving the internal control system .
• Ensure that employees comply with policies and procedures
established by the company's management .
• Financial review of contracts and assurance of compliance with them.
• Follow up collection of trade receivables and returning of outstanding
L\G .
• Settling all vendor invoices, governmental dues such as social
insurance & related taxes .
• Preparing & submitting all tax returns with coordination with tax
advisors .
• Preparation of Monthly \ Quarterly \ Annual standard - reports
requested from Automotive & Group Finance .
