Service Systems (PSS) digital transformation portfolio;
● Drove change management, business benefits realization and significant ROI within less than a year by leading initiative to
replace four legacy airport systems with a single more efficient, modern and intuitive state-of-the-art application;
● Managed strategic programs/projects to meet time, quality and cost objectives with emphasis on business benefits and ROI;

phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) resulting in consistently meeting delivery targets;

and role/responsibilities documents, as part of the PMO, while leveraging the principles of earned value management (EVM);

and non-functional requirements in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions;
● Authored use cases, business processes workflows, functional specifications, and the layout/design of graphical user
interfaces (GUI) that cater to clients, test team and management;
● Analyzed client’s audit findings and security incident reports to identify vulnerabilities, then developed misuse cases for
current architecture to identify and categorize the risk impact of threats; and
● Co-chaired the Middle East North Africa (MENA) Forum, comprised of over 200 participants, for the main purpose of
