- Reviewing Architectural plans for proposed cinemas location, modifying LODs if required to match all MEP requirements, preparing and reviewing mechanical areas such as roofs or required mechanical/electrical rooms.
- Designing and/or supervising Electromechanical design for Cinemas, Gyms, shops, Villas and entertainment areas including HVAC, Firefighting and Fire Alarm, plumbing, low current, power, data, central batteries and emergency system.
- Issuing IFT and IFC plans to QS team and supervising issuance of BOQs.
- Reviewing contractors offers and following up tender phase with contractors until contract award.
- Site supervision following the project duration plan including site inspection, shop drawings approval and site inspections to ensure works as per standards and approved procedures and materials.
- Project closing including all systems testing and commissioning, as built drawings and O&M manuals.
Achievements:-
1- 22 MUVI Cinemas branches (2019-2022) varies between 4 screens to 25 screens per cinema branch all around Saudi Arabia.
2- 10 Gyms (Activ & Evox brand) in Riyadh and Jeddah.
3- 4 SPA branches and nail shops.
4- Sultan Modern Villa.
HVAC Design, Re-design, Shop drawings and coordinated drawings preparation, Revising Heat loads, Revising Spec's & Installation Details, Materials submittals & Supervising site activities for duct & Chilled water pipes installation, Pricing, Project handing over including Testing & Commissioning activities duly with O&M.
Projects:-
1- Communication & Information Technology Commission (CITC) - HQ - Riyadh - 470 Million. since starting until handing over.
2- Information Technology & Communication Complex (ITCC) - Convention Hotel - Riyadh - 850 Million. During Testing.
