After we got the approval from SAMA to increase the capital on 17/09/2015. CFO and I were assigned by CEO as Investment advisor to work on the capital increase requirements requested by SAMA and CMA and other related parties.
1. Maintain all company transactions (Payments, Collections, General ledger).
2. Monthly closing and reconciling expenses and General ledger with company’s branches.
3. Managing collections and cash flow.
4. Prepare monthly collection report to management.
5. Checking payments and make sure that authority matrix is followed.
6. Company Supervisor representing the company on Capital Market Authority (CMA).
7. Company Supervisor representing company on General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
8. In charge for AIMS system building new reports and reviewing the daily operation.
9. Work with Risk Department for reviewing the UW and claims policies and procedure to make sure that they are following it.
10. Liaison officer in Tadawul.
11. Salvage Committee member (Non-motor).
Authorized signatory in all company’s banks account (class B up to 1, 000, 000 SAR) Maintain all company transactions (Payments, Collections, General ledger).
