• Assisting in management of client’s delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests and mandatory release as per clients in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Assisting in management of deliverables for multi RS2 clients, while talking responsibility of the overall progress of portfolio of changes.

• Configuring the software system developed by RS2 according to requirements documented by the change management teams and seeking the guidance.
• Ensuring compliance with supplied specifications prior the release package delivery to clients.
• Liaising with project definition, change management and technical teams to ensure compliance with the client business requirements and agreed specifications.
• Assisting in signing-off test results and ensure release process is triggered in a timely manner.
• Driving release coordination, quality of documentation, version control and regression testing.
• Providing a production and UAT support to the clients.
• Ensuring delivery of releases to clients and providing support during implementation.
• Keeping detailed and clear documentation of the new functionalities and enhancements introduced to the software system developed by RS2.
• Participating in onsite support or training as per the client’s requests.
• Participating in the 24x7 shift to provide client 2nd line support when necessary.
• Maintaining status reports for all tasks on a regular basis.
