Coordinate and review the facility services contracts in JED, RUH, DMM & MED costing amount 50 million SR.
Carry out final handover of facility buildings and coordinate asset management with finance.
Prepare tender document, the scope of work, and bedding for facility projects with counterparties providing a technical and financial evaluation of bids and awarding.
Supervise all staff accommodation services (catering, daily transporting, and other logistics) in JED, RUH, DMM, and MED, for more than 5000 staff members.
Provide additional accommodation services for the temporary staff during Hajj Season for more than 3500 staff members in JED and MED.
Conduct regular inspections on all facility services to ensure contractual obligations are fully met.
Maintain healthy business relations with suppliers and counterparties to coordinate with the procurement and finance regarding the payments of each party.
Coordinate all the annual and occasional logistics events in the company.
Apply all safety and security measures at the workplace.
Follow up with GACA about SGS projects.
Support in Hajj season at King Abdulaziz international Airport.
Using SAP system to created PR, PO & reservation request.
Using success factors system for timing management for all facility staff, request overtime and updating duty time for staff.
Supervision and control of maintenance, cleaning and pest control services at all sites of the Saudi Ground Services Company at King Abdulaziz International Airport (T 1 - N. Terminal - Hajj Terminal - Landside & Airside)
