Deputy CEO
Deputizes the CEO in his absence. Assist in developing the housing finance culture with banks and all related parties, as part of the CEO main post objective. Coordinate with all departments to identify specific shortfalls and need for assistance through direct involvement of identifying needs for external resources. Coordinate with the CEO, heads of departments and the Board of Directors to develop and identify new potential business lines & partners. Identify new funding sources and put in place a plan to secure uninterrupted flow of funding. Assist the company’s marketing efforts and maintenance of brand integrity. Manage and facilitate all Human Resource (HR) related activities in coordination with the CEO and the head of HR. Work closely with the CEO in agency visioning and planning, the building of a strong and healthy team environment, and the inspiration of staff.
1. To ensure that all the business operations are performed in an efficient and effective manner.
2. Monitoring activities directly related to providing services.
3. Play as a part of investment committee.
4. Ensures smooth operation of various processes that contribute to PMHC and its sisters companies.
5. Ensures that the team efforts have the ability to provide services (Credit Insurance, Refinance Loans) at an acceptable standard.
6. Be Part of the Risk Management Committee to ensure that the services under policies and agreements and generates positive feedback from banks. And to study exceptions for future amendments.
7. Supervise the department's reports and interact with, and decide on the next course of action.
8. Monitor the operation results with the budget and evaluates with department's managers the variances analysis.
9. Pricing and Bank Evaluation to determine Risk and Portfolio caps.
10. Evaluate all the agreements periodically. And provide the CEO with Monthly comprehensive report regarding the operation process.
11. Manage Support Services: The operations manager plays a vital role in maximizing the output of the various support services such as, CFO, BD, and HR.
1- To Developed and train Material to Improve the Mortgage Market in Palestine that focuses in the bank Loan Officers and Consumers.

- Underwriting Skills for Loan Officers.
- Sales Technique for Loan Officers.
- Home Buyer Education for Consumers.
3- Lead Training of Trainer course to establish a team with high mortgage knowledge skills (Consumers & Loan Officer)
1- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
2- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
3- Manage all aspects of investment portfolios.
4- Direct, monitor and trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High- Yield, Escrow, and other portfolios.
5- Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.
6- Determine the Company's goals and risk tolerance.
7- Assess risk/return tradeoffs in guidelines.
8- Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions.
9- Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
10- Manage relationships with financial service providers and Banks.
11- Monitor bank service fees and Interests and address quality issues.
12- Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Granite's requirements.
13- Meet with cash management banks to plan cash management vs. company's needs.
14- Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendation.
1- Plans and initiates strategies for portfolio development and recovery of loans.
2- Reviews lending policies and procedures on a regular basis and submits appropriate improvement plans and strategies.
3- Monitors and controls the performance of underwriting officers and makes recommendations to the Human Resources Manager.
4- Monitors and reports on the implementation of loan policies and procedures.
5- Analyses portfolio performance on monthly basis and submits recommendations to the Credit Manager.
6- Authority to insure loans with maximum amount $ 100, 000.
7- Files and maintains all records and information on lending operations.
8- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
9- Submits monthly credit statistics and reports to the CEO.
10-Submits quarterly reports to CEO on overall lending performance.
1- Monthly consolidation of all entities.
2- Working in the Palestine Mortgage & Housing Corporation.
3- Reporting and analysis of variances (actual vs. budget)
4- Responsible for application of VAT rules and reporting to tax authorities.
5- Elaboration of a weekly cash forecast and distributor payment analysis.
6- General accounting tasks (Bank Reconciliation )
7- Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
8- Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
9- Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.
10-Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
•Comprehensive Technical Analysis by expert from Greece and the course was for 36 Hours. it was about trading fores using charts technique and analysis
Comprehensive FX - Trading technique and portfolio management. 84 Hours.
i'm active member with the International Management Association. and i preparing to take the two exam in order to be certified. this is my next plan for this year.
