Job Duties:
• Performing planning and scheduling activities for many large projects covering all domains (Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
• Maintaining the Master production Schedule for produced items for running projects considering projects’ constrains, plant capacity and clients’ priorities.
• Resource allocation required for production, testing and transportation activities.
• Material requirements planning for raw material respecting awarded and forecasted orders.
• Initiating periodical progress reports for all individual projects.
Key Achievements:
• Successfully achieved planning and scheduling for many projects in all stages (Raw material qualifications, manufacturing, delivery and installation).
• Developed advanced and concise rules for estimating the process timing of pipes and fittings based on product parameters, machine parameters, and available resources, which help to facilitate the schedules creation and determine the time required for the completion of projects.
• Conducted a comprehensive study "Using PMP Initiatives to Enhance Organizational Performance”, aiming to the practical implementation of project management processes covering PMI's knowledge areas in all project process groups to enhance company's performance.
Job Duties:
• Maintaining preventive maintenance program as per machines criticality
• Developing detailed monthly maintenance reports based on maintenance records, including statistical analysis for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and consumed spare parts.
• Illustrating good arbitrary and worthy forms that help providing an organized method of collecting and recording information for current analysis and future work, in addition to forms that are procedural in nature help technicians remember tasks steps, also data gathering forms to help gathering information, e.g. work order, crew work hours availability forecast, advance schedule worksheet, equipment history data sheet, parts information sheet.
• Controlling and monitoring the maintenance spare parts requirements based on the expected consumption and lead time, in order to avoid shortage as well as to keep the optimum stock.
• Scheduling and following-up for fabrication projects for in-house made machines and machine modifications.
