- Monitor and update manpower plan, Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower monitoring reports and working with recruitment and onboarding
team to ensure all hires as per the plan.
- Develop and keep maintaining TRSDC Job library updated with all jobs and its status in terms of activity and occupancy
- Working with line managers to develop/update Job Descriptions for all jobs within the company and ensure all are updated in OD share folder and
system’s records.
- Prepare periodic business reports required e.g. Saudization, gender diversity, departments detailed positions status, etc...
- Manage jobs and positions information through SAP system and ensure all data are correct and following TRSDC standards.
- Provide correct and appropriate translations for TRSDC job titles and share it with HR when it requested.
- Execute all transfers, job title changes, organizational changes and position information updates in monthly basis as per the DoA, and ensure all
changes are implemented in SAP and Active Directory.
- Design and re-design org structures and maintain it updated in OD share folder and system records.
- Participate and support in HR Processes automation through SAP, work with HR and IT internally and external consultant to ensure automating OD
functions
