- • Manage Technical & Commercial Activities for all Electrical works for all projects inside the company
• Tender Evaluations and Bid analysis based on the tender documents available at the time of tender and report the results to top management, Determining the special conditions as per the client requirements and contract conditions
• Cost Estimations, set project direct cost for all Electrical work, assigning resources to project activities, productivity calculations,
• Budget Preparation, set budget for all awarded projects manually in excel sheets, obtaining management approval for prepared budgets then, upload the approved budget to company ERP based system.
• Conducting Procurements, Setting up the overall Electrical procurement plans, preparing package for RFQs, preparing list of targeted suppliers as per the client nominated suppliers or pre-approved list or expected suppliers that meets the client requirements, sending RFQs for the selected suppliers, preparing techno-commercial comparison sheets and vendor analysis, selecting suppliers that meet the technical requirements & budgets constraints, reviewing material submittals from the selected suppliers based on the comparison sheets, negotiating prices and finalizing SLAs & P.Os with all required terms and conditions that meets the overall company policies and budget requirements, follow up all Electrical items with the suppliers till material procurement to site, follow-up with site team till obtaining the consultant approval for the procured materials.
