Guiding and executing the Instrument maintenance jobs in Boiler, Turbine, Desalination plants including R.O plants.Replacing of existing old type field instruments like transmitters, analyzers and Control valves etc with latest Digital/Smart type Instruments.
Actively involved in Retrofitting of existing Boilers, Turbines and Desalination plants Conventional Control systems to Distributed Control Systems ( DCS ) by ABB, Germany. In total 9 Boilers, 4 Turbines and 3 Desalination Plants. I lead a team of 20 Technicians in Erection and Commissioning works of the above systems in our plant.After Commissioning the same, also involved in solving problems and suggesting improvement in Control and Measuring methods for an Improved Functioning of Desalination and Power Plants.Also involved in collecting Data for preparing Tender Documents for another Plant retrofitting of Boilers, Turbines and Desalination plants to DCS system.
Recently completed commissioning of a new project in retrofitting of Electrical signals and Drives to ABB DCS system.
Presently actively involved in Commissioning and Testing new FGD ( Flue gas Desulphurization Plant), including Pump house, Oxidization Plant, Air Blowers, Absorber Units, Various Gas Analyzers etc.
Also involved in Commissioning and Testing of Boiler Dust Collection systems (Automated system).

Preparing of Drawings for Nuclear Power Plants Control loops, measuring loops, Bill of materials and its Wiring diagrams from Process mechanical drawings.Preaparing of Instrument Specification sheets for all Instruments.Also getting these drawings drawn by group of Draftsmen for Approval.Involved in Procurement of Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, Analyser Instruments, Instrument tube fittings etc.Also Inspection of the same at various Vendors in India.
Inspection of various Power plant sites in India for proper errection of instruments as per our Errection Drawings.Also involved in Commissioning of those Plants.
