- manage the Purchasing team across all disciplines to ensure the delivery of the required objectives of improved levels of cost, quality, product availability and service.
- Supervising the execution of the company policies in terms of procurement and storing of strategical materials and assets to ensure purchasing and storing cost reduction.
- Preparing comprehensive procurement plan for strategical items with all company departments and follow up purchasing process and storing and specification.
- Keeping all required information about vendors, prices, spare parts in local and international market.
- Evaluate all suppliers (vendors) and submit a list of qualified.
- Supervising all strategic items, purchase orders, issuing and follow up the fulfillment.
- Assuring the fulfillment of custom clearance for all imported materials.
- Preparing Reports for all strategical items procurement and submit it to the General Manager on monthly bases.
- Lead the effort of building a best-in-class Purchasing team identify the gaps and prepare the training programs to fill those gaps.
- Evaluate and develop new suppliers, products and procurement strategies.
- Ensure the attainment of the operational goals pricing, tangible cost savings, quality service level improvements, timeliness and consistency of supply across the range in all categories and reporting on a timely basis.
- Manage all areas of the procurement and supply chain side of the business.
- Supervising the items receiving and assuring stratification.
- Preparing periodical report and forecast about the international markets of each strategical items.
