Organize site operations for MEP activities mainly on outstanding works for Saraya Project (SAQ) in Aqaba, which are mostly finish works for standard king, twin, disabled, and suite rooms of different types. Landscape, back of house, front of house, façade lighting are part of my scope in SAQ project.
Operations are controlled & executed by 4 junior Engineers (2Elect. + 2Mech.) and 6 supervisors / forman, whom they follow progress and construction requirements to MEP subcontractors.
Mechanical & Electrical system are of hotel / building EPC type, which have to be coordinated for reflected ceiling plans in rooms & corridors, and also for shafts.
Allow for weekly progress meeting with MEP subcontractors, coordination, tracking of procurement schedule and work shop to finalize design/shop drawings as applicable.
Initiate site walk through among subcontractors & with JV main contractor to resolve uprising site issues and insure open fronts for construction to MEP/Civil team.
Issue work inspection summary schedule for released rooms and follow 4-wks look ahead schedule produced by main contractor.

 All works were performed in co-ordination with Japanese mechanical sub-contractor (Shin Nippon Air Technologies Co., LTD.)and by controlling manpower.
 Such services include HVAC system(ducting, air handling units, fan coil units &AC-split units).
 Installation of refrigerant copper piping, AC-drain piping(to drain system).
 Installing fire fighting system that consists of black steel pipes, fittings, zone gate valves, hose reel cabinets and glass break pts. (to control fire-water pump's operation.)
 water supply system, hot & cold water network, complete irrigation piping &tap manholes. All piping works are excavations, laying of pipes, backfilling over pipes(insulation of GSP&BSP) if laid outside of buildings .
 Erection &connections of water pipings, valves, and appurtenances inside building (3floors+roof) to all shafts, kitchens, bathrooms, mechanical room, guard room & swimming pool equipment's room. Such water piping are : galvanized & black steel pipes, thermo-pipes(blue-pipe), high density polyethylene pipes.
 Drainage & sewerage system, sanitary fixtures. Noting that all materials used are CLIENT(Japanese Embassy Rep.)IMPORTED, which it should meet & comply with actual site conditions (too many modifications &shop drawings were submitted ).
 Erection of gasoline pumps(two) station .This also include arrangements of underground black steel piping & insulation, suppling &installing 3000l gasoline underground cylinder-tank, installing all electrical wiring &control cables, and instrumentations to the system (level & capacity).
 Follow-up of materials submittal, quotations, claims, invoice making, control labor, finishing’s, testing and commissioning up to extreme satisfaction of Japanese officials .

 My duties were to execute mechanical works of (MPS) Muwagger Pumping Station. Also to install pipe extensions of water wells (BS Pipes) to (MPS) for Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ).
 This includes compliance with Jordan Public Work specifications and tender drawings.
 Implementation of all electromechanical works of pumps, control panels, PLC, remote terminal unit, telemetry &computer control system of all wells & pump station performance. That is to send & receive signals from MPS & water wells(6 no's) and to communicate with Amman Main Water Distribution Center.
 Water of wells were treated by Air-Blowing (to remove sulfur) before residing into concrete reservoir, and disinfecting outgoing water by chlorination process.(at suction side of the pumps).
 Water pumps (150m3/hr@250m head), 2duty 1standby, were operated on soft start tech. to eliminate sudden rise in pressure controlled by pressure limit gauges & pump control & surge valves.
 Pipe laying of underground water supply network (DIP&HDPE) and all fittings, valves &appurtenances.
 Erection of sewage lifting(three) pumps & its chamber room’s arrangement by using HDPE piping.
 Controlling manpower, communicating with supervising staff & client
