Tasks handling: Install, administer and support Windows Server 2003, 2008 Network Infrastructure that is based on Dell and Hp/Compaq Servers. Provide overall technical support assistance to the entire LAN and computer labs. Configure network services and maintain software packages. Configure network devices such as routers, fierwalls, switches, and hubs of zywall, D-link. Administer LAN activities such as creating user IDs, maintaining the critical back-up records, providing support for applications and printers, applying group policies to restrict the range of control for standard users, and maintaining DHCP and DNS records.

- Provide on-call consulting advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational and applications issues.
