In my recent role as a Senior Manager at DWA Private Equity Sdn Bhd, where I created multiple documents, such as pitch decks and related agreements, placement memorandum, and operational and compliance framework policies' manuals with high-level accuracy by streamlining and initiating fieldwork. I provided hands-on support by collecting data and generating detailed periodic investment reports for the review of the investment committee and Securities Commission Malaysia.

Throughout my career as Principal, I performed a wide range of tasks, such as determining direct investment opportunities from multiple industry sectors, implementing the planning activities for the intended preliminary evaluations, leading the primary valuations methodology, secured fundraisings, and structured key salient terms.

I supervised all aspects of direct investments, senior secured debt deal flows, and project management in local and international regions, such as Indonesia, Philippines, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Australia, and United Kingdom.

I complied with company policies and procedures while generating the preliminary assessment reports and investment teasers for sell-side/buy-ins, organizing and overseeing the kick-off and other due diligence meetings, and analyzing the due diligence planning memorandum and reports.

I followed through negotiations with vendors on any cardinal findings from the due diligence reports. I generated desired results by advising on a diversified industry portfolio under coverage, such as healthcare, technology, oil and gas, logistics, utilities, consumer, and finance.

I delivered top-notch services by creating a broad strategy for cross-border transactions in mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), leading fundraising exercises, and managing exit strategies via initial public offerings ("IPO")/listing and trade sales.

I broadly managed an investment holding company and its subsidiary companies.

In my role as Manager, Islamic Corporate and Investment Banking at RHB Banking Group, where I coached and mentored employees in supervising dual branding exercise initiated by RHB Banking Group as a special project's team enabler. I led all operations of major corporate accounts, such as government-linked companies, and created credit appraisal papers and annual reviews.

I played an integral role in beefing-up the lead structurings and advisings on shariah-compliant pitch decks with local and regional business mandates in ASEAN and Middle East & North Africa countries. I supported the top management in rolling out the proposals for regional establishments via technical partnerings.

Also, I initiated a bi-monthly forward-looking research database for potential regional deal flows and supported in the preparation of Islamic Capital Markets' profit and loss budget.
