1) HR Project manager
HR system transformation into a new software, we moved company’s recruitment software from JobTrain into Oracle Software, conducted full training to all HR admin team, hiring managers and stakeholders.
Carried out full testing of the new system and measure candidates and hiring managers expectations of new systems facilities.
Provided full training to HR admin team for using different recruitment and payroll trackers to manage workload within our SLAs (service level agreements) and provided other relevant trainings to teamwork, communications, customer service, health safety & security etc.
Worked in line with Talent acquisition team and implement full training plans for stakeholders and hiring managers, also designed full guidance documents for all recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provided end to end HR support to all divisions within the business including Operations, Production Services, Creative, Technical and Contracts and Administration.
Re-designed onboarding process for employees to create better people experience. Monitor and measure people experience metrics.
Revamped recruitment & onboarding procedure to save time and cost.
Implemented effective recommendations on the design and development of assigned Human Resource functional areas, encompassing various programs relating to recruitment and onboarding.
2) Senior Human Resources officer
Provides first line support to colleagues and managers on all areas of employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, and system administration.
Interpreting and applying HR policies and provide resolutions to different employees’ queries, escalating complex queries to specialized teams to ensure effective resolution met in line with Service-Level Agreement.
Manage shared recruitment inbox, allocate jobs among different teams, and maintain our job trackers on daily basis, I take ownership of tasks and work across multiple teams ensuring effective service met in high volume business demands in one of the biggest housing companies in the UK.
Built good rapport with stake holders and talent acquisition team and supporting them with recruitment process and arranging interviews.
Lodge new job adverts, raise contracts, process right to work documents, process DBS, key new starters on the system and ensure security and quality of data inputs.
Processing accurate and timely documentation letters and references across all the business.
Process contract variation documents and work in line with payroll team to regularly update employees’ personal files and salary amendment.
Provide induction and full training for new starters and ensure health and safety requirements are met in accordance with organisation’s policy.
