At my first employment period Customer Care Section, i'm in charge of the following :

1- Communicate with customers via phone calls, and deal with customer problems and solve their problems .
2- Immediately respond to customer inquiries, and direct them to the fastest and best solution .
3- Verify customer satisfaction, and provide all the information that the customer needs .
4- Follow up on customers' complaints, and communicate with the rest of the departments via e-mail to solve their problems .
5- Solve internet connection problems and download internet setting and IPTV setting .

At my second employment period Sales And Marketing Section, i'm in charge of the following :

1- Concluding agreements, contracts and internet deals with the support centers spread around Syria .
2- Follow up on all centers and periodically provide the services that the company provides to them
3- Daily communication with agents in the provinces to obtain daily reports
4- Submit daily reports on the movement of positions and requirements in detail
5- Communicating with points of sale via WhatsApp and providing services to them
6- Solve payment problems for payment points, and create new payment points to serve customers
7- Providing quick solutions to payment problems and providing appropriate offers to centers and customers
8- Monitor competing companies and create new ideas to attract customers
9- Promote and market the company's products and services, through tours around the centers spread in all regions
