establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with clients

Computer labs administrating and technical support for PCs, Servers & Network.
Coordinating with management and other training centers participating in creating courses syllabus and the appropriate training materials & training aids.

Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job applications.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Exams Translation to Arabic language.
Help Students using Company web sites to take there ICDL, MCSE and CCNA Elearning Courses.
Marketing the Intellectual Property of the Company and the technology provided.
Training Faculty, staff and students on how to use the technology and Intellectual property provided.
Entailing relationship management; servicing and maintaining existing clients.
