• I was hired to keep the proper record for cylinders available at customer’s site as well as available in hand. Cylinders retrieval task from where we are not getting proper business.
Achievement
• They were facing a big challenge to keep proper cylinders holding with the clients. I have changed the whole process and started in my way and finally proved that it is possible to keep the proper holding records.
• By keeping proper documentation and record I have retrieved 3000+ idle cylinders from the market within 5 months.
• Started CTR (Cylinder Turn Ratio) Report at the end of each month.
* Supervising for the E-track day to day activity for KOC orders.
• Diesel consumption report in depth with drivers name, truck#, qty. etc.
• Responsible for smooth operation of warehouse.
• Supervise in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, supplier return, Inventory, Staff leaves.
• Development of detailed, clear and concise documentation.
• Submit regular status updates and report to Warehouse Manager.
Achievement
• Started bar-code printing with iFormTec software.
• Started daily emailing to the concern person about the goods receiving at end of the day.
• Maintain proper filling and keeps signed documents safely.
• Follow up for manual update.
• Managed 10 associates in picking, packing and shipping department.
• Revamped warehouse layout by product-viz resulting in increased efficiency in materials storage.
• Coordinated with suppliers and customers regarding products.
This Company is active in importing food products such as Juice, Noodles, Sugar, Sauce & Biscuits etc. from Thailand & Philippine and selling it into shops & supermarkets all over Kuwait.
• Responsible for the overall warehouse operations.
• Receives containers of foods products from Thailand & Philippine
• Goods arrangement by product-viz & date-viz.
• Counting and reporting about damage & short to the management
• Update system with goods-in or goods-out.
• Generate stock reports when it requires.
• Frequently checks expiry date of products and report to the management
• Suggests making order about fast moving products and suggests caring about non moving products
• Keeps warehouse clean & arranged
• Issuing goods to the delivery van on the requisition.
• Manage staff’s and solve their issues.
This Company is active in importing home appliance products such as Pasta Maker Machine, Electric Gas Stove, Kerosene Gas Stove, Campaign Gas Stove, Butane Gas, Charcoal, Water Tank, Thermos etc. from Japan, Korea, Italy, Indonesia, China and selling it into shops & supermarkets all over Kuwait.
I was responsible for:
• To find out the Factory details by using internet for the above products in the different countries & then ask them to supply their catalogues or pictures of products or samples and the best price as well.
• Making good relation with the Factory for future deal.
This Company was busy in designing works such as Visual Ads, Brochures, Panels & Books etc. for the Pharmaceutical companies.
My duties were here:
• Typesetting & Designing as par customer's need
• Making Colour Corrections & Separations
• Interacting with customers
This Company was active in trading of industrial products such as Robin Engines/Generators/Water Pumps & their Spare Parts, Crusher Spare Parts, Electric Motors/Pumps, Pulleys, Barings & V-Belts etc
My duties were here:
