•Responsible for Recruitment procedures: (e.g. vacant position ads, screening, HR interview, test & select candidates to fill vacant positions)
•Conducts new employees’ orientation program & explain to the new employees their responsibilities to foster positive attitude towards Company goals
•Builds & maintains employees' database on System Application.
•Updating employees’ files concerning their papers, insurance, job description & evaluation performance etc.
•Resignation process "conduct exit meeting & discuss reasons for resignation".
•Handling all recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, telephone interviews and interviewing job applicants evaluating their skills and making recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.
•Conducting new employees' orientation.
•Creating and updating organization charts regularly.
•Developing & updating job descriptions.
•updating HR reports such as (Headcount, turnover, Update employee database, Recruitment Calendar)
•Issuing of hiring decisions, internal transfers, promotions and resignations.
•Responsible for employee relations and Handel employee problems.
•Conducting exit interviews with employees upon notice of resignation.
•To support the Recruitment Manager to achieve or exceed the monthly target/average of new employees expected to be recruited to our clients.
•To supervise and monitor the recruitment and selection activities for overseas and local applicants and to assist the Recruitment Manager in coordination and administration of the Recruitment process in order to attract the right candidates.
•Screen and monitor resumes gained through all the known searching channels weather from our archiving databank, website, post, or newspaper advertisement in orders to shortlist the best suitable candidates.
•Nominate the suitable candidates to the Client.
•Prepare and implement interviews schedule regarding to the client given time/place.
•conducting the preliminary interview for some Position.
•Answer phones and respond to customer requests, questions, and complaints.
•Handel all Phone Calls.
•Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
•Accurately enter customer data into tracking software/system.
•Vodafone Project( Outbound -inbound campaign)
•Data entry for Vodafone contract as Bonus.
