Compare the target structure with the current structure/As-Is to develop the transformation plan, which include effective recruitment, training, exit and succession plans. • Lead and review JA, JD, JE for the main blocks of the company to promote clear authorities, accountabilities, skills & KPIs • work on a suitable structure and manpower by workload analysis to set on the optimum manpower and conversion cos • work on motivate, engage & satisfy employees as well as manage conflicts to promote teamwork spirit and focus on company loyalty. • Developing fair salary structure with clear salary bands among all company levels. • Develop & control a system for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) generating a fair bonused target agreement scheme in line with balance score cards for all managers and staff. • Promote lean management, plan and fully utilize multi-skilled and flexible workforce, machine and time resources reference capacity planning techniques. Sales, Marketing & Export • Develop a complete sales strategy/plan which includes clear marketing policy, new markets, new products, new rote to market & review the product portfolio • Review export markets & CMs to work on open new profitable market and interduce new developed products/brands
Manufacturing Projects • Complete project management of all projects and/or products including design, resources identification, machines purchasing, following up civil work, machines installation and commissioning, employee selection as well as tools & material purchasing in line with the plan. • Primary responsibilities include providing full project plans with clear visibility, objectives & deadlines. Quality (QHSE) • Promote quality, health, safety & Environment culture providing customers with outstanding quality products and services. • Management representative establish, approve and maintain operational procedures, policies, and international standards ISOs, food safety and any other required quality systems/certificates. • Assess customer concerns and delivered quality.
