Job Duties & Responsibility:

1. Co‐ordinate Engineering requirement between Sub‐Contractors and consultants.
2. Provide, gather and revision all required technical documents such as drawings Material submittals
and Vendor method Statements.
3. Prepare the quantities and the required documentation to support them for Special Package
periodical progress report
4. Develop Price Breakdown sheets, Supportive documents and negotiate price with cost Consultant.
5. Develop work breakdown structure, vendor method Statements and monitor the project progress
and milestones
6. Revision and follow up the documentation for claims (contracts and invoices) and variation order if
needed from subcontractors.
7. Prepare Special Package periodical progress report to MOF which The Report is Single Source Vendor
intend to bid process, Also the Report include the pricing structure (BOQ & Breakdown), description

1. Structural analysis of Steel Structure and R.C. structure
2. Prepare drawings for License, Tender and Constructions
3. Prepare cost estimate, BOQs and Specifications
