Achieve set sales target. Implement all plan of action programs to accomplish sales objectives established for distribution branch. Conduct regular visits to potential customers according to approved visits plan. Follow up on physical distribution to ensure all orders required are delivered quickly and efficiently with the right quantities. Investigate all customer's complains and solve them as soon as possible in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and to maintain the company's images as a market leader. Minimize and control returned and dishonored checks ascertain that all company dues are properly fulfilled on due dates. Notice any drop in quantities ordered and investigate the reason after it, and report it to the Trade Marketing Manager. Manages operations of retail branch. Develops and implements methods and procedure for monitoring branch activities, such as sales, expenditures, progress reports, ETC in order to inform management of current status of branch activities. Control of stocks, dispense the Rx & describing some OTC hand to patients.
