a. Develop templets for solar systems design, pricing and technical & financial offers.
b. Build a technical team and train them on on-grid, off-grid and pumping solar systems design.
c. Develop sector plans and supervise their implementation.
d. Decrease system component costs by 15% through building relations with local and international suppliers.

f. Source new technologies such as BIPV, glazed PV and floor PV.
g. Finalize agreements and signing contracts with suppliers and customers as well.
h. Build marketing and sales base by give public speeches and presentations.
a. Set the annual maintenance plans for all machines (Generators, LPG pumps, LPG compressors, air compressors, Pulitzer, driving units, filling scale, check scale, adjust scale, evacuating machine, radar system, etc.).
b. Confront and rectify the sudden malfunctions.
c. Raise the efficiency of equipment used in the production process.
d. Set the most optimal description for all electrical and electronic components.
e. Perform technical studies for spare part offers received from suppliers.
f. Choose the most efficient alternative for each of circuit components.
g. Develop operating and control circuits for many devices.
h. Prepare training programs for technicians and engineers in different electrical fields.
a. Design solar systems for on-grid, off-grid, hybrid and street lighting systems.
b. Design billboards lighting and solar systems.
c. Design LED lamps and luminaires.
d. Design LED lighting systems for indoor, outdoor and industrial projects for new buildings and also as a replacement for traditional lighting.
e. Make calculations for Projects investment back period and total profit after end of life time.
a. Study projects technical requirements & specifications set by consultants.
b. Prepare projects technical studies by selecting (Air circuit breakers, molded-case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, protection relays, power contactors, auxiliary contactors, timers, bus-bar trucking systems, bus-bars insulators & mechanical supports, energy metering devices and enclosures dimensions).
c. Prepare cost estimation study within tendering phase.
d. Prepare layout drawings using AutoCAD.
e. Prepare compliance studies to ensure technical compatibility and compliance of the company offered solutions to the technical specifications request.
f. Prepare BOMs for in hand projects and matching them with inventory.
g. Follow up inspection & tests such as routine tests, quality of connections, dielectric insulation tests using meggers.
h. Prepare projects after receiving purchasing orders to start production.
i. Follow up production phase.
