Director of Security in managing security operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include the protection and safety of
property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response. Ensures the continuous protection of guests,
employees and hotel assets. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.

Managing Safety and Security Operations
• Assists in the development and implementation of emergency procedures.
• Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition.
• Completes proper documentation and reports all employee accident and general liability incidents to Claims Reporting Service..
• Identifies and makes recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices.
• Implements action plans to monitor and control risk.
• To plan and conduct mandatory fire training
• To coordinate with civil defence to perform evacuation drill
• To ensure that all staff are aware of the emergency procedure
• Identifies the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.
• Complete disciplinary procedures and documentation according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process.
• Maintain first aid and CPR certifications required for Security officers.
• Attends pre- and post-convention and weekly forecast meetings to understand group needs and gather critical information to communicate to security officers.
• Communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
• Incorporates guest safety and satisfaction as a component of departmental meetings with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the physical protection and public safety of all Collage assets including people (employees, students, visitors, contractors), property, information, intellectual property and reputation.
- Acts as the Manager of the Department in the Security & Safety Manager absence.
- Manage the scheduling, monitor, and report regularly on the unit’s resources and activities.
- Maintains and ensures effective operations of security management systems.
- Assists the Manager in the planning, coordinating, staffing, controlling and directing of security programs to include asset protection, parking, issue entry permits, traffic control, patrolling of physical property, enforcement and public safety awareness.
- Supervises and is responsible for the operational response to major incidents of complex problems and to provide guidance on enforcement of general security, safety policy and procedures.
- Coordination with the government security authorities departments such as Police, Civil Defense, traffic and Red Crescent (ambulance). During emergency situation.
- Ensure all of policies, procedures implemented as per requirements to make suitable, safe and secure environment for employees.
- Daily reporting about security situation to Manager and Collage President.
- Write and review suggestion to develop security environment.
- Assists with the 24-hour on-call coverage for the department.
- Supervise security functions including:
1- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
2- Acts as liaison for security-related issues with internal and external operating groups to support business requirements.
3- Establish regular stakeholder meetings & organize festivals & Celebrations times.
4- Communicates and enforces security policies and procedures.
5- Ensure that procedures have been documented and followed.
6- Submits monthly reports on activity.
7- Perform other duties as assigned.
13 years of Security and Military experience with the rank of Chief Master
Sergeant, at Royal Saudi Naval Forces, Included five years' experience in a leadership
position.
