• Monitor variables related to plating line efficiency
• Develop plating processes through observation, measurement and response
• Monitor and perform operation of waste water treatment system
• Supervise and guide activities of Line leaders and Lab Technician
• Lead in the installation, debug, and qualification of new assembly equipment
• including runoff at equipment suppliers and training on new technologies
• Responsible for continuous improvement activities
• Assist in the development of replacement part requirements and maintenance

- Lessons learned benchmarking, best practices
• Participate in team activities as necessary to achieve company objectives
• Provide technical support for maintenance and production as required
• Prepare presentation material and present as required to various groups and
Visits.

monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
