Oversee contractors throughout full life cycle of wastewater treatment plant and lift station engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. Hold numerous oversight responsibilities for projects. Function as Off-Taker Advisor in oversight of Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) contracts (based on British Public Private Partnership (PPP) model). Monitor projects to ensure full compliance with contract obligations and technical specifications. Review and approve project design and submittals. Conduct equipment inspections, facilitate site and factory acceptance (FAT/SAT) tests, and contribute to pre-commissioning and commissioning stages. Manage daily operations of multidisciplinary TYPSA team. Facilitate regular team meetings discussing project progress, as well as technical, contractual, and planning discussions with all project parties. Formulate and present reports to high-level client leadership. Coordinate and present findings from studies of risk control provided by EPC company and evaluate cost impact of projects throughout project life cycle.
Facilitated all operational and technical aspects of EPC projects, including proposal, engineering, construction, and T&C. Coordinated project planning, cost control, and risk assessments. Built, guided, and coached top-performing proposal and project teams in successful completion of projects on time and under budget. Thoroughly reviewed, revised, and submitted bids documents in assessing scope of work (SOW). Contributed to vendor bid list definition. Produced bidding documents for subcontract RFQs. Approved cost estimates for internal activities handled by team estimator. Conducted ongoing analysis of contract requirements and conditions. Planned and facilitated project kick-off meetings. Evaluated all project submittals, including blueprints, equipment and materials proposals, and equipment specifications prior to project initiation; revise P&ID and shop drawing as needed before submission. Liaised with stakeholders in providing project progress and financial updates. Contributed to startup and commissioning of plants.
