Project Name : Msheireb Downtown Doha
Responsibility:
◦ Review, approval and supervision of all landscape, hardscape and irrigation works.
◦ Coordinate with all phase contractors on all landscape works and requirements for site wide miscellaneous works.
◦ Review design calculations of all landscape elements.
◦ Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth flow of works.
◦ Review of all shop drawings and comment to resolve any discrepancies and errors noted.
◦ Check materials submittals and ensure it does comply with specifications.
◦ Attend and visit nursery /plant inspection, witness tests and material inspection.
◦ Carry-out regular site inspection for all landscape works for specification and drawing compliance.
◦ Ensure that all landscape works are in compliance with the approved contract plans and project specifications.
◦ Ensure that the contractors complied with the safety requirements in respect of all structural construction and procedures.
◦ Review of As-built drawings prepared by the contractors.
◦ Reports directly to the Project Manager
1.Management Construction and maintenance projects relating to Landscape filed and Supervision Business Development.
2.Review landscaping designs and development proposals and applications for compliance with appropriate regulations and policies
3.Review shop drawings, material submittals, method of statements and providing constructive advice to ensure the contractor upholds high standards
4.Participate with contract team to prepare the BOQ and cost estimation of project
5.Coordinate with consultant office to ensure implementation according to projects specification and terms.
6.Report to the Contracts Administrator Manager at the Head Office regarding administering the project's contract and ensuring that all requirements are being met as planned
7.Monitoring and checking work on site and provide all necessary on site direction and issue site instructions.
8.Maintaining documents and reports related to contract's execution, difficulties encountered, claims resolved, vouchers and correspondence with the clients/sub-contractors
9.Provides recommendations regarding project staff assignments/ teams
10.Monitor cash flow (planned versus earned) and report the same to the management.
11.Evaluating the subcontractor agreement and perform cost benefit analysis of subcontractor work.
1. Preparing periodic reports with respect to the section’s activities and achievements to submit to the Commercial Manager
2.Lead to the bid process, bid writing, risk management, and client communication to ensure client deadlines are met
3.Coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure that payments procedures are being correctly followed as per the contract.

2-Follow preventive planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (RM).
3-Maintain all records and related files on assigned projects; report project status to appropriate commissions.
4.Planning, preparing, scheduling and supervising of all work related to Landscaping maintenance & Construction Projects.
